Mob Leveling

Every hostile mob now has a level. Here's everything that's new.

Leveled Mobs

  • Every hostile mob (all of them except the Ender Dragon) now spawns with a random level from 1 to 50.
  • Higher levels are rarer than lower ones, so most mobs you run into will still be low-level, but every so often you'll stumble into something dangerous.
  • A mob's level boosts its health, damage, and movement speed.
  • Skeletons (and Strays/Wither Skeletons) get deadlier archery at higher levels (faster, harder-hitting arrows).
  • Creepers get a bigger blast radius as their level goes up. A level 50 creeper is charged.
  • No mob ever spawns with extra armor or weapons because of its level.

Nameplates & Boss Bars

  • Every leveled mob shows its level, name, and current health above its head, color-coded by level bracket
  • Below that, a floating tag shows its tier (see below), in the same color as its level.
  • Mobs above level 30 get a boss bar on screen, showing its name, level, and how far away it is. Only the 3 closest active boss bars display at once. Boss bars are currently a donor rank (PLUS or above)

Tiers, XP, and Loot

Every mob belongs to one of six tiers based on its level:

Tier Levels
Initiate 1–8
Elite 9–16
Master 17–25
Scion 26–33
Demon 34–41
Devil 42–50
  • Killing a leveled mob gives XP scaled to its level.
  • Each tier has its own loot table. Higher tiers can drop coal, iron, gold, diamonds, emeralds, redstone, and money notes (right-click one to deposit it straight into your balance).

Death Messages

  • If a leveled mob kills you, the death message now tells you its tier, level, name and how much health it had left.

The Boss Iron Golem

A rare boss spawn:

  • Every so often, a Level 60 "Boss Tier" Iron Golem may spawn near a player, struck by a bolt of lightning).
  • Its arrival is broadcast to everyone on the server, along with its coordinates.
  • Unlike normal iron golems, this one is actively hostile toward players, not just other mobs.
  • Boss music plays for anyone within 50 blocks of it, following it as it moves, and stopping once you're out of range.
  • It drops significantly more loot and money than any other mob.
  • If someone lands the final blow, the kill is broadcast to the whole server.
  • If it goes 5 minutes without being hit by a player, it gives up and disappears on its own.
  • Only one can ever be active at a time.

Stats & Leaderboards

  • The plugin tracks your kills, deaths (to leveled mobs), boss kills, and assists (credited if you damage a mob but someone else finishes it off).

BustaMine

Bustamine has been redone, we've built a custom plugin for it just as we did for the mob leveling.

How to Play

  1. Open the menu with /bustamine (or /bm).
  2. During the betting window, adjust your bet in the menu (-100/-10/-1, +1/+10/+100) and hit CONFIRM BET to lock it in.
  3. Once the round starts, a multiplier begins climbing from 1.00x. Hit CASH OUT any time to lock in your payout at the current multiplier.
  4. If you don't cash out before the round busts, you lose your bet.

Odds

The bust point is fully random every round, there's no fixed pattern or predictable cycle. Every multiplier from 1.00x upward is possible, including the rare instant bust at 1.00x.

Messages

Round-start and bust notifications only go to players who placed a bet that round, not the whole server. Cashing out shows you the multiplier you hit, your payout, and your profit for that bet.

Stats

/bustamine stats shows overall rounds played, total wagered, and the highest cashout multiplier hit so far.
