Plextoria ("we," "us," or "our") operates plextoria.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be permanently banned and their data will be deleted. If you believe a user under 13 is using the Service, please contact us at abuse@plextoria.com.

3. Information We Collect

When you use Plextoria, we collect the following information:

  • Account information - your username, email address, and Discord account ID, provided when you sign in via Discord OAuth.
  • Profile information - your bio, location, and avatar, which you provide voluntarily.
  • Gameplay data - your in-game statistics, badges, playtime, and Plexstar balance.
  • User content - games you publish, reviews you write, and private messages you send.
  • Support data - support tickets and messages you submit to our team.
  • Technical data - server logs, which may include your IP address and browser information.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Manage your account and authenticate you
  • Display your profile and gameplay statistics
  • Process reports and moderation actions
  • Respond to support requests
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not serve advertisements.

5. Private Messages

Private messages between users are stored on our servers. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted and may be reviewed by Plextoria staff for moderation purposes. Do not share sensitive personal information via private messages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers - we use Stripe for payment processing. Data shared with Stripe is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Legal requirements - we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
  • Safety - we may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to prevent harm to a user or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, contact us by submitting a support ticket at plextoria.com/support. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
