1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plextoria ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 or older. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be permanently terminated and their data deleted. Users who misrepresent their age are subject to permanent suspension.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Plextoria. By publishing content, you grant Plextoria a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to publish content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a 13+ audience
• Harasses, threatens, or demeans other users
• Contains malware, exploits, or malicious code
• Is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Plextoria uses a virtual currency called Plexstars (✦). Plexstars have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases of memberships or virtual items are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency, items, or memberships at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items or currency resulting from account suspension or termination due to violations of these terms.

6. Moderation and Bans

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any content or account that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines. Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• IP-based restrictions

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal by submitting a support ticket at plextoria.com/support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plextoria and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
